“A side effect of finding your people, are all the books behind the eyes you meet. In every soul is a curator, a librarian of sorts, waiting to share an artifact of themselves. That to me is one of the most exciting and valuable things about Write of Passage.”

100%. Love this!

So blessed to have met you in Cohort 9, Steven! Absolutely wild to think that, a year later, we’re still meeting weekly(ish) in writing groups and living life through Zoom with other Cohort 9’ers. Ah, sweet serendipity.

Meeting you was the best part of cohort 10! I'm glad my thieves didn't rob me of this encounter.

Love this dude, such a great observation (and a great piece). I would echo this sentiment completely. You, for example (and I guess David too, come to think of it), were pivotal in finally encouraging me to read the Bible! So, thanks for that. Eternally grateful 🙏

Loved the picture at the beginning, reminded me of the movie The Tree of Life.

It's so true what you mention, both my reading habits and authors variety improved after Write of Passage. "All the books behind the eyes you meet" is such a great line.

And from the start, I always admired the setting of your life in which you took the course, inspired me to not having excuses around having kids!

The best thing about WOP is the people I've met and you're definitely one of the best ones there yet! So glad we met in person too, Steven :)
